Coconut Mango Oatmeal

The best way to start your day

  • 90g large oats
  • 200 ml light coconut milk
  • 225ml cold water
  • 1 medium mango
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • salt

Place the oats and coconut milk into sauce pan. Add salt and water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Garnish with pieces of mango and sprinkle the sugar and lime wedges over the oatmeal.
